2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Have problem on overloads...need help ASAP

I am out here in the shop taking a leaf out of my 3/4 ton to make it ride softer. Well, I pulled out both sides and forgot which way the overloads go on there. From center to one end is 19 1/2" and the other side to center is 21 1/2". Can someone tell me which end goes front? The longer or shorter end.



I appreciate anyones help. Can't get my truck back together til I find out the answer. Just hate to get it all back together and find out they are on wrong and have to do it all over.

On my 99 the shorter side is at the front. You may want to get a few responses before you forge ahead.
