Have you had your truck super tuned by this guy

A friend of mine with a 1999 ctd had his truck tuned by a guy in north vernon, In. His business card says "Diesel tune up" Jim Jessup cummins B series spelialist". My friend said he changed injectors, then he has a lab top he plugges in the truck and turns the smog or emmissions down and does other stuff to it to for 800$ . His truck smokes pretty good now to. I am just wanting to know if there is any body else on the TDR heard of this service or had there ctd done??? Thanks Justin

He's well know and well respected in this part of Indiana. North Vernon is about 30-40 miles from Rising Sun, and many of my neighbors know of him. My understanding is that he is retired from Cummins.



He has a reputation for doing good things with 12-valve engines. He doesn't work on 24-valves.



I have no personal experience with his work; I just know of his reputation. I suspect that you'll be happy if you use him.
