We received so many complaints about the old online subscription software (Miva Merchant) that we tossed that system and added new software. The good news is that it is much easier to use. The bad news is that is has no "history" yet. So, you will need to select "Renew" then type in your information completely. Assuming we do not replace the software between now and when you renew next year (and we have no plans to do so), the "system" should remember you when you go to renew next year, and you will not have to re-load your information.
We manually match up your renewal on this end when it is received.
