Having problems with TDR!!

I have been in contact with Tina and can not get my "credit" That I deserve... . I have spoke to her 2-3 times... . Is there anyone here on this site that can help me??? I signed up for a membership plus a few back issues... . after a month the back issues still have not arrived. So I would like the difference put back on my CC... I paid 61. 00 And need the difference A. S. A. P!!!!! HELP!!!!!!! Thanks in advance... . Garth Ogle

I Am Confused

Garth, I just pulled up your account. It looks like Tina processed a credit for $26. 00 against your credit card on March 11, 2004. That was the amount of the Back Issues on your order. Does your bank indicate that the credit was not received? Please feel free to email me directly at: rpatton@ix.netcom.com.



I checked with our bank, and the transaction was approved/processed. But it certainly could have failed to reach your account.
