I just got back from Kona, Hawaii and was shocked to see the number of Dodges with Cummins engines. Is there some sort of incentive given by the dealer out there? I know the trucks are great (I have had two, a 94 and an 03), but there was many more compared to here in California.

Don't know about any incentives, but as you know, those islands are just big hills.

That is where the Cummins shines!!!

Headed for Maui in 10 days. May stay forever.

Went to Maui for my honeymoon in September and noticed the same thing. Quite a large number of CTD's and diesel p/u's in general.



Fox, enjoy. I would seriously entertain moving there as well. But, I am still young and need to work on the career for a few more years first. My dream is to bring sledpulling to Maui

I think with the Cummins Island Pulls would be more appropriate.
