I finished installing a Flex-A-Lite #49591 cooler today. This one has 5/8" tubes, 1/2" NPT fittings, a built-in fan and adjustable thermostat. Being that the Super Duty trans cooler is no longer available this seems like a good substitute. :)

I still need to play around with the thermostat a little and drive some more to see how much of a difference it makes. So far it does seem to have dropped the temps a noticable amount, but we'll see what it does on my normal drive to work - with the 30+ traffic lights the trans has been reaching 180-190* depending on how well traffic is moving.

Thanks. :) I should've taken the pics of the drain plug after hitting the welds with the wire brush... . :p

The optional super duty cooler bumps the GCVW from 12k to 14k pounds with the auto. I tow my Jeep on a regular basis (Jeep + trailer is around 6000 lbs). With the cabover on the truck and everything hooked up I'm getting close to 14k pounds. :D

Ahhh, I see :) My truck wishes the most she had to pull around was GCVW of 14,000 thats for sure <insert nervous laugh here> lol... as usual with your other installs tho, nice job bud :)
