Ok, here's the deal. 90 Fleetwood Limited 37 '. I had one of the HDW lowering cylinders on one of the rear jacks start leaking. I replaced it for under $100. 00 but, now I cannot get the jacks to go down at all. Any of them. I'm must not be bleeding the line correctly. Do I bleed just the lowering lines or all of them? Do I bleed the hoses by cracking the line while the pump is running?
Is there a trick? Hyd Pump runs just fine and is full of fluid. I've tried to find the bleeder valve on the manifold system but it's not there. Believe me I've looked. I am wrapping up a repower project on the Fleetwood Limited Coach and have seen a lot of the bowels of this truck. I have the manual and it just tells how to bleed the main jacks and not the lowering cylinders. But again, it says to open the bleeder valve at the manifold. (which I don't have)
Anybody have any experience with the HDW jacks. This Coach should be running very soon and I'd like to get my jacks working like they're supposed to before I try and show it off to you guys.
What am I not doing right?
Any suggestion will be appreciated. Help me save me some money. I spent it all on the Cummins and Allison.
