head gasket question

what is the best route to take with head gaskets on the cummins? in the sence of survivability? also if you wouldnt mind posting where you can look at and price your suggestions. that would be great. thank you all.

Very Interesting subject. From my reading stock head gasket will hold 45-60lbs. O-ringing head will work for much more and fire-ringing head maybe even more. I believe o-ringing and fire ringing are about the same price.
