Just an opinion here but I'd say stock or . 010 over for your truck, the . 020 over gaskets are a little harder starting in the cold temps that you will have up there.
This isn't for my 97 Dodge it's on a F-650 Ford, the compression is already lower than the Dodge at 16. 5 to 1 so I'll stay with the stock gasket. It's already harder to start than the dodge and lack of a grid heater doesn’t help any.
