Has anyone elso noticed antifreeze leaking out of the threaded plugs on the exhaust side of the head on thier 03?. In case that isn't clear , the plugs i'm refering to, are just to the left of the black cover when your looking from the front of the truck.

I've got a very slight dampness (I mean my truck does  ) around that area too but it looks like oil has leaked from around the rocker cover and migrated.

I had a leak in that area they said it was the temp sensor and changed it. Still leaked then it was the thermostat housing and changed it. Still leaked and they wanted to change the top radiator hose, I told then to put a good hose clamp on the hose at the housing and the leak was gone. It was dripping out of the hose and the fan was pushing the antifreeze down the right side of the engine.

Mine is leaking from around the pipe plugs, you can see the the white residue left behind when it dries up. Will probably put a wrench to it this weekend and see what happens!

are they npt plugs? maybe just remove them, put some plumbers dope on the threads, and re assemble...

BINGO!

Let's not let the small stuff ruin our day. These are things that I personally would never consider taking my truck to the dealer for. Just me, but I'd prefer to avoid the incompetant Dodge techs generally speaking.

HVAC and nicolenen(?) , I'm not overly concerned, probably just wait till spring when I change out the orange crap and pull the leakers and seal them up with something!!

I happen to know MANY good Dodge techs as well as others in other dealerships. Chezz I guess us dark haired folks smell funny also. :D

Smell?

What the heck is that supposed to mean? Maybe you could post something related to the topic?

If you have good luck with the techs in your area then I say great! However, I don't rank sealing thread leaks as proof of compentency.

BTW, I have good friends that are Dodge techs. That's why I used the phrase "generally speaking". Evidently that was lost on you?

IT WAS. You know what I meant. There are GOOD techs in ALL areas. Same as any other profession. Your comment sounded really bias.
