Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) head lights flickering

When my lights are on I get an intermittent flicker,the engine is at opperating temp so its not the grid heater. Anyone had this problem yet? Any reasons why this is happening?

Mine does the same thing. I think the alternator is going out.

Mine did the same thing,I have the daytime running light module on mine I disconected it and the flicker went away... . Rick

check the head light switch and the plug in conector that hooks to it. I just had to replace mine and it MELTED the plastic around the conector:--) I had headlights only when it totaly went. The new switch comes with a pig tail and conector that you have to solder in, BUT they don't have a problem

Do just as Jason said,

I recently had the same problem, and shortly after I completely lost my headlights. Replaced the switch and problem solved.
