head liner

Guys,

Has anyone had any luck finding replacement head liners, i checked with the dealer they said no longer available and i have'nt had any luck with after market, the foam between the material and backer board has deteriorated and my fabric is falling.

Had mine replaced by an auto upholstery shop for about $75. They did a good job.

Try a upolstrtery supply shop? I bought mine throuth one and they also had the spray on glue to glue the new head liner on with. The headliner is glued on to a fiberglass form and you need to remove the old one from this form. Its easy to do but remember that the glue is very sticky and doesn't like to be moved once installed.

Got mine done for 65 bucks, they did a real good job(auto upholster place)

Consider running without one. If it looks crappy now, pull the old one out (can' be any worse, right) and you'll find that the roof is finished out since the factory paints them all in case the cab doesn't get the nice touches like headliners further down the assembly line.

while searching the net i found these guys that sell the kits to repair yourself i'm going to try it and see how it works out.
