I have the PacBrake mounted just in front of the air horm per instructions and installation kit. The fuel injection harness is just below the mounting bracket. Bottom line is the injector harness was rubbing on the bottom side of the mounting plate and shorted out several of the back injectors. I don't think it's a PacBrake problem, just make sure the wiring has plenty of clearance or is tied back out of the way.
Long story-short, When it started I was on the "Bear Tooth" highway in Montana just out of Yellowstone. There was a "one horse" town with no services. I started experiencing heavy missing and the exhaust temps dropped to zero. I first thoutht it might be a plugged fuel filter and changed that. It wasn't that. It'd still run on about 3 cylinders so I limped to a dealer in Cody, WY about 80 miles away. fortunately I was not pulling the 5th wheel and had just enough power to climb the passes in 2nd gear.
Beautiful country.
Keep grinnin,
Walt
