That looks like the headache rack sold by Western Hauler in Fort Worth, TX. Kinda pricey as I recall, but they sell nice stuff.

You can also try 5 P welding in Decatur Tx 940-627-7599. Co worker and member here John Exum told me that they make them, it's called a hooded headache rack. John has a very nice one on his truck. A customizer in Poolville Tx called 2L Custom Trucks makes them as well but, they want $900 for one. I think 5 P wants $500 not sure though. I have wanted one for a while just have not pulled the trigger on it yet.

I can not believe how hard it has been to track down one of these racks !! I want the "hooded" version and every company that I have been contacting has been playing games. You would think in this economy, you will take what business comes along ... .

I know Rawson Koneig makes headache racks, but im not sure if they have that style. RKI is one of the best manufacturers there is, i dont care what any body says. Their tool boxes are great.
