Headlight adjustment

I noticed after I installed the leveling kit that more people flash their brights at me thinking mine are on. Last night I was following my dad somewhere and he complained that my lights are positioned too high. I can't find any way to adjust them. Are these lights in a fixed position?

There is a bar in there that you can adjust... tighten to raise the lights and loosen to lower them. It's on the side of the light that is towards the grill of the truck.

I thought there was a thread a week or two ago that determined that there is no vertical adjustment for the 04+ trucks????
