My mom has a 98 Lincoln Towncar that has some major condensation inside the lenses of the headlights. Is there any way to get inside there and wipe it out? For right now, I have the headlights on and the headlamp assembly out of the bracket and hanging up so as to heat the water and let it drain out the vent hoses on the back of the lens assemblies. I was wondering if there was anything better I could do?

Thanks,

Daniel

When I had condesation in my tail light, I took it apart and used a hair dryer on it. It took about 1/2 hour with the air blowing into the hole where the bulb goes.

I had the same problem on a 93 F350. What I finally did was drill a small hole in the lens at the very bottom and one at the top to let the water drain out. Not a problem since.
