Headlight dead????

On my 11 HO Dually the passenger side bright and dim head light lamps are not working, the parking lamp is fine. It find it interesting the bright and dim are both not working.

Short of removing and replacing with new is there something else I should check. Visually the lamps look fine.

Check to see if you have voltage at the lamp socket. If not, start moving down the harness and checking for voltage at the next junction. If you do have to replace the bulb, use dielectric grease on the socket. The socket may have some corrosion in it or it could be a ground issue.
