my `94 truck has a problem with headlights

i've replaced 6 driver side headlights in the past 6 months

the last time i noticed about 1 inch of standing water in the head light:--) their has always been condensation in there but never standing water so i took both lights off the truch and ran clean water in them then let them dry out and reinstalled on the truck. the next day i noticed the condensation was back that was about a week ago this morning i turned the lights on and the driver side went out again.

now check this out if i use the low beams in a matter of hours the passerger side low beam will go out so i always drive with the high beams on and usally the driver side when it goses out explodes the glass bulb

please help
