okay guy's I've searched and searched the forums and I can't find anything on moisture in the headlights, maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place. I replaced my headlights about 8 months ago because of moisture and once again my headlight is full of moisture, any way to fix this problem???????

have the same problem in driver side highlight. Took it out and found a cracked seem on the back side, silicone the crack no more moisture. I had no idea what to look for, so i filled it with water and used a shop vac to slightly pressurize water. That how i found the crack. Could really not see it til i knew where it was. Hope this help. I used shop vac cause i was afraid that i would over pressurize it with my air compressor. Sorry i didn't post sooner but have been working too much!!!!!! :-laf

I agree w/ttbird. I looked at my old assy, replaced w/sport lights, and only a crack or bad gasket on bulb socket will let moisture in.

The little vent was the problem on my passenger side light. It was somehow getting past the o-ring so I put a little RTV on there and it looks like it's fixed. I have driven in plenty of rain since and it's still dry. I took mine off and filled it with water long before this and couldn't find the leak so later on I figured it had to be the vent.

I replaced a cracked o-ring around the vent of the passenger headlamp, same one CumminsPower98 mentioned. This was a year ago and still no water intrusion. That little o-ring sure beats paying $150 at the dealership.
