2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Headlight switch dumb question.

Just noticed my Headlight switch isn't lighting up when lights are pulled on. I pulled the switch but don't see a bulb to change. I can't remember if it ever did light up. Sure seems there was light there once. Somebody run out and pull on there lights and tell me if there suppose to light up.

Light switch

I am in the same boat--a few month ago I noticed no dash light at the headlight know; now I am sure that it was lighted at one time. I also pulled switch out and no bulb to replace. What gives with this?? Was I seeing things??

You have to change out the whole switch. I did on my truck when it was still in warranty. I don't remember how much it was but they did have to order it.
