2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Headlight wiring kit

Does anyone make the headlight conversion harnes like the one Summit Racing sold (APC 509104) that powers the headlights off the batteries allowing the switch to only control the relays? If not available, does anyone have a wiring diagram for this harness?

I found the replacement for it. Summit sells it. It's made by Matrix. P/N 01-130. $29. 95 +shipping/handling.
