2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Headlights not working

Over this winter I have used my high beams a couple of times and when I go to switch back to my low beams they don't come on? If I flick the turn signal back to high beams and back a couple times they come on. I thought I had read some postings about bad light switches but didn't know if this was what people were talking about.

It sure sounds like the multi-function switch (P/N 5269377 SWITCH, Multifunction).
