Headliner removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove the headliner? I want to install an XM radio and want to run the antenna wire up and out by the Sirius antenna.

Why not run the XM wire through the sirius hole and along the top of the inside of the rear window and down the passwnger or driver side rear quad door pillars. That headliner will be more that you want to mess with and it will be very time consuming.
