Hey fellas, I'll post some numbers for you guys from Napa if you want to do a headlight switch cure with some relays. I used one a my trailer connection for the running lights only on my trailers and two for the headlights, one low beam and one high beam. Pn 192d or 194 is a 40 amp relay with 5 or 6 spades and the pigtail plug with heavy wires is Pn 9185 I'll give you the wiring guide 87 white load 87a yellow load 30 red 12volts supply 85 black is switch signal (low amp signal)(low, high, or tail lights to trailer) 86 green ground I unhooked the sockets behind the headlights and ran a 14 ga. 3 conductor S\O cable and used a heavy new connector from Napa Pn LS6235 and hooked to the relays. Works great. I used the old light plug to source the signal for the high and low beams. Use a 30 amp breaker for the 12 volt relays. Depending on what break that you get at Napa, this runs about 40. 00. The numbers are on the rear of the relay in small small print. I mounted this stuff on a piece of plexiglass behind the battery.
