I rerouted the crankcase bottle shortly after buying my truck so I never figured that I would have a problem with the radiator plugging up. The other day I was working on my truck and happened to look down inside the narrow crack between the front of the radiator and intercooler. Man it was ugly, big areas were coated with about 1/4 inch of fuzz. No oil, just fuzz.

So I took my compressor and blew most of it out from the backside of the radiator, then I took a water hose and did the same thing. Looks like I got most of it. Just wanted to let you guys know that you might want to get a flashlight and check that area between the radiator and intercooler.

I put aluminum window screen material on the front of the AC condesor/intercooler/radiator assembly on my truck years ago after pressure washing the gunk from radiator. I secured it with plastic wire ties on the corners. That seemed to stop the fuzz accumulation you mentioned. It's amazing to see how much crap it catches.

I did the same thing years ago but I put the screen on the backside of the grill. What surprised me is that the condensor and intercooler are super clean, just a couple of bugs. All the accumulation was between the intercooler and radiator.
