I am trying to stuff a BHT3B (TWINS BABY) and the stupid trans/motor heat exchanger keeps getting in the way. Has anyone successfully removed this "stupid ideas of dodge"?????

I am looking for parts/info on how it can be down. I will replace it with another trans cooler of course...

Call Piers, I know you have to remove it for his twins. Maybe he can shed some light and or provide some parts.

I took the heat exchanger and matched the fittings and built a setup with (2) fittings, (2) 90's and a piece of 8AN to tie them together, then supported the lines with insert clams and the bolt holes machines in the block... . going on near 2 years now..... no issues.

i plan on removing the exchanger on mine too along with all the OEM lines and front cooler.

i ordered this cooler to mount under the bed and will be using high pressure rubber hose for input and output. been thinking of doing it for a long time. tired of watching the trans gauge rise real quick at a long stop light etc. should be here today.
