2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Heated Seat Problem

My passanger seat works fine but the driver seat doesn't turn on. When i hit the button, the light on the switch flashes 5 times or so. Anyone had this problem or know how to fix?

There are two LEDs in each switch. Exactly what LED is flashing?
