Heated Seats Not Heating

Guys,



My parents 03 passenger seat doesn't heat that well and when it''s on its "Hi" setting its like the driver's seat in "low" position. It also seems like it's heating only on the left side and barely on the right side. If you have any suggestions before they take it in I'd be happy to hear them

Here is the readers digest version.

Only works with the engine running, will not heat if the seat surface temp is above a predetermined limit. If it senses a short, open, or bad sensor in the heater, it will flash the heated seat light(s) for about one minute after turning on.

Check the heated seat module under the drivers seat to be sure nothing got shoved under it and moved a connector.

Elements are serviced separately from the seat covers.
