Anyone know how to take the blower motor out to see if there is something caught up on the fan blades... . I am getting a bad vibration from it like it out of wack?

I haven't looked at my 05, but on my 01 there were three screws on the bottom side accessible from the floorboard. The one against the firewall is the worst to get to. I used a 1/4 drive with socket and a universal extension.

I had some leaves get in there and that's how I cleaned out the fan.

sounds like your recirculation door broke or the piece that holds the door on it happened to me. . there are three screws that hold the motor on it is easy to take out from laying on the passenger side floor. if it is the door take the pieces to the dealer so they can order you a new and replace it

Must be a common problem, cause you are right on the money... ... I fixed it yesterday and it was the recirculation door that was broke.....

I found my problem..... Puilled the blower motor down and there was a piece of plastic laying inside the fan craddle..... Looked up and there my recirculation door was just laying there... It broke at the pivot point..... Last couple of days prior to this my recycled air would take forever to switch over from fresh to recycled or vise versa... . So i have to buy a new door..... they gave me the door for FREE... THANKS
