Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Now that cold weather is finally here again, I need a little heat in the morning going to work. When I turn up the heat it takes quited awhile for the "bypass door" to finally open. It sticks and then finally "pops" loose. I took it to the dealer when I first got the truck and got the ususal cock and bull story that it took awhile for the vacuum to build up. SHOULD NOT TAKE TWENTY MILES! They fiddled with it, but did not fix the problem. I plan to take it back and give them an attitude adjustment.
