Heater controls broke out of dash, so i fixed it

Not sure if this is age or cold related or a combo of both, Yesterday when driving down the road I grabbed the blower control knob and it pushed into the dash, I had already used the knob and it wasn't doing this. I took my daughter to practice and pulled the dash and found two of the mounting tits broken off and two on the verge of breaking. I attempted a super glue fix and changed my mind when I tried to straighten one and it shattered. I then put the heater controls in the dash and drilled from the back through the front of the dash bezel with a 3/16" drill bit. I reinstalled the heater controls for an Ace hardware run. bought a whole bunch of small black machine screws, washers and nuts in black and some steel spacers. I wound up using the 1" long black screws, 1/2" steel spacers, a flat washer and nut.

Better than new.. the trim is definitely not the strongest point of these trucks, no doubt.
