Do you have AC ? If so you will need to have it vacumed out becouse you will have to disconnect the ac lines from the evaporator. Other wise it is no big deal. You have around 6 nuts on the engine side of the fire wall to remove, the power wire for the blower motor and inside there is a screw going through the kick panel holding the heater box. Remove glove box and up toward the drivers side there are 2 7/16" nuts, loosen (don't remove). Also on the kick panel wall there is a bolt that holds the dash lower frame(I think it is 1/2") this will let the dash to move out when you pull the heater box out. Remove dash gauge panel(don"t forget there is a hidden screw just above the radio). Remove heater controls and disconnect it. Make sure that the heater control cable and vacum lines are free, and are not wire tied to any thing. remove heater box by pulling it into the truck and rotating it downward(put a cover on you floor you will have antifreeze come out)this should not take much force to remove. when you take the heater box apart, there are some screws hidden under the rubber seal. I if you have any more questios just let me know. Kyle
