Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Heater Grid Plug Fell Out????

Dealership changed out Injection Pump last Friday, and while pulling out of lot noticed a very loud "rush" of air, so I turned around and went back and demonstrated the lose of manifold preasure and tech removed airhorn and heater grid and found one of the two aluminum plugs had fell out of the bottom of the heater grid, he shoved it back in and the boost seems to be normal agian with NO noise. He checked the warranty and that item is not covered under either my Extended Chrysler Warranty nor the Cummins Warranty. Is this something I should be concernedd about?
