Height of receiver hitch w/ 315/70R17's and 2" leveling kit?

I have a 3500, 4X4, LB, QC, SRW on order and already have the wheels and tires ready to go, 315/70R17's tires on 17X9 Mickey Thompson Classic II's. I also have a Daystar 2" leveling kit ready to go. I'm looking for the height of the receiver hitch, the top of the 2" x 2" opening. I am gonna need to get a new shank for my weight distrbution hitch due to the increased height of the new truck over my old truck but need to know the new height. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry I can't answere your question but couldn't you just get a height adjustable draw bar?

I already have an adjustable draw bar but it doesn't have enough adjustment to get the trailer level with the new truck and I need to know how much adjustment I DO need to get the right replacement.

23 1/8" to the top of the inside of the receiver.

Using the exact same setup you're getting, except I have a SB.
