Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I have had two Hella 4000 driving lights on my work bench for eight months trying to find an after marker bumper to add on to where the tow hooks are.
The first one I ordered was from the guy in Phoenix Arizona and he said, Oh yes this will take the Hella lamps. Well I put the lamps on but the hood would not open. Ok sent the Bumper back.
I called KC lighting in Arizona and Oh yes this bumper will work with those lights.
again the light went on and no the hood did not clear the light.
I did a search on TDR again and found a post on Defiant Truck Products. Called them in Orange California (714-997-9111) and Paul Fox picked up. I told him I had these Hella 4000 and was looking for a font bumper to mount them on. He said he had 29 in stock what would work. I said, are your sure it will work with a 05 Dodge and he said, I am looking at one in my shop right now that has three Hella's mounted on it! That was on Thursday and I got it on Friday!
