Hellwig 7658 anti sway and large exhaust - I have problem.

Has anyone installed a hellwig 7658 anti sway bar and a large exhaust? What brand/model of exhaust did you use?

I have had 5" exhaust for past 6 years. I need to install (I have one in the box) an anti sway bar for pulling 25' enclosed snowmobile/car hauler. The Hellwig 7658 can not be installed with my 5" from Diesel Dynamics.



Note 1: I called Hellwig and they can Only help with factory installed exhaust system. They told me I could modify my exhaust rather than modify the anti sway bar.

Note 2: I have 2003. 5 CR, ATS twin turbos, ATS stage 5 transmission and controller, Snow performance, 5 " exhaust, TST programmer, AFE intake, Pacbrake exhaust brake, Mag-Hype diff covers.

Post a picture of the problem area. I would consider dumping exhaust in front of the rear tire or vertically with a popular set of stacks.

I run a Hellwig rear sway bay on my 06 Megcab dually in conjunction with an underbed mounted Pullrite automatic sliding 5th wheel hitch. I had problems with interferance between the frame mounted sway bar brackets and my 5th wheel hitch mounting brackets. I called Hellwig and described my dilemma and e-mailed some pictures of the issue to them. They custom modified some brackets for my application and mailed them to me no cost. I recommend Hellwig highly.

I pretty much hammered some clearance for the bar when i put my 5" exhaust on. i figure it couldn't hurt much
