Well... thanks again for all the advice and input. In reply to J Troiano's reply, if you would like to PM me, I would be happy to discuss the details further. In regards to your comments... I did do the right thing...

I wen't to my local dealer, explained that I did instll the Edge fuel box and the symptoms that began shortly there after. I asked him what would be my best course of action and if he believed that the possible failure was from the Edge box install.

His reply to me [the dealer service manager] was remove the box and harness, and tow the truck in for repair and he "would take care of it".

I did the "right thing" by being completely honest with him from the get go and it was his choice to honor the factory warranty... I even pointed out where I made the connections to assist him in figuring out what may have caused the failure overall... against the advice of many knowledgable TDR members.

The end result was the dealer repaired my vehicle under warranty and gave me advice on what to do to enhance the performance in the future. It was infact the injecton pump, as they said the lift pump tested within factory specs.

So before everyone gets all high and mighty about doing the right thing, perhaps one should get all the facts before passing judgement.

To all that have had constructive and helpful comments, suggestions and thoughts, your advice has and is always welcome. Thanks for such an excellent resource.

Glad that they took care of you.

On your LP, bear in mind, DC's definition of "Within Specs" is for a stock vehicle, and in the eyes of the veteran TDR members, is wholly inadequate. 13-15psi at idle, no less than 8psi WOT under load.

Just the same, you need to get a fuel pressure gauge installed and you may just want to either replace that LP and keep your current one as a spare, or relocate it to the frame rail by the tank, and install some larger lines and fittings.
