recently purchased a new boat trailer, soneone evidently hooked the lights up wong when i retunred home, i realized i had no brake lights. Turn signals and normal lights work, both bulbs are good, and the relays are good. replaced brake light switch (switch on the top of the pedal) and still no dice, anyone have any other ideas for this problem. i hvae the dodge towing package.

ok, this might sound stupid, but what is the name of the fuse, i went through both fuse blocks and didnt see a fuse that would correspond to the problem that i am having.

Whats up Joe. This same thing happened to me and I found it to be what they call a J-case fuse. If I remember correctly this is a green fuse and it is rated at 40 amps. It is located under the hood in the fuse box next to the relays. If you take off the lid and look inside you will see the clear tops of these fuses. The tops are appx. 1/2"X3/8" and you should be able to see clearly if it is blown. You can get these at Napa, they are about $4 a piece.

Hope this helps.
