When I start my truck up the brake pedal goes to the floor and stays there. It won't budge I turn it off and it comes up. It does this without me touching the brake pedal.

Sounds like you either have a leak in the brake system someplace, a line, or you have a bad master cylinder (more likely). One of the seals gave up the ghost and how the brake fluid just bypasses it as the cylinder shaft moves forward and rearward.

Check the fluid after the pedal goes down a few times. If the fluid level nevers goes down, replace the master cylinder. The the level does go down, find where the brake fluid is going and replace the component with the bad seal.

If I understand your post correctly the pedal is moving without you touching it--I would say the only way this could happen is your brake booster is pulling the pedal down by itself when it gets full boost after starting engine

Yes you understand it correctly I giving up the tow truck is here now I got to have it towed to the repair shop. I'll post what it was when it is fixed. Suppose to go camping this weekend hopefully it will be done by then.
