Archived help, check engine light came on

truck started running bad, falling on its face. Started shift in and out of overdrive sounded like it was going to die. Seemed to clear but check engine light stays on and when i get into it sputters. Have i fallen victim to a lift pump? 44,300 miles 2001 dodge ram 24 valve

Turn the ignition on and off 3 times, leaving it on the third. Check for codes in the odometer window and compare them to what's listed here... .

well it told me something has malfunctioned with the turbo and waste gate circuit malfunction and primary fuel pump circuit malfuncton. I did remove the silencer ring sometime ago, i hope that wouldn't **** it off that much. That is a cool sight. thanx for that, it is very useful. that new way of reading codes is much easier than counting the flashes. So i have a messed up turbo an a fuel problem.
