Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Help!! clutch, pilot bearing, master cylinder, etc..

Out of the blue I can know longer engage the transmission into gear while the motor is running. I have full clutch pedal pressure and it seems to shift ok (except 5th) while the motor is not on. It acts like the clutch pedal does do anything. . Any Advice or Suggestion what the problem may be.

Same thing happened to me on basically the same truck. Ended up being the pilot bearing.

Happened to me too. Right in the middle of dowtown New Orleans Traffic at noon time. I have fixed the problem though. I got the conversion kit to a real sealed bearing pilot bearing from dan at quad 4X4. Inspect the input shaft and make sure it is good, as mine was all knarled up. You may need to replace the input shaft or risk damaging your transmission.
