Ok I am getting P0148, P0088 (RP above Max) and P0524 (Unknown). I have installed larger injectors and thats when the codes started. I have turned the Smarty down to #3. I have a bag o parts CP3 upgrade, do you think my CP3 is the problem?

Also my rail pressure at idle is 7,000ish and at WOT it is at 24,000ish I have not seen it over 25,000 and not below 6000. Max boost is 50psi. with HTT71/64/13.



Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know about the 0148 and 0088 codes, but, the P0524 code, from what my book says, is that the oil pressure is too low. There should be a spot where the oil filter screws in where you can tap in with an oil pressure guage. The pressure, when engine is warm, should be around 10 p. s. i. at idle and around 30 p. s. i. at 2500 r. p. m. I will check to see if I can find out what the other codes are.

Thank you. Do you think the setting on the smarty for Rail Pressure would have something to do with the other two codes. I know they are caused by high rail pressure. if i turned that setting back to stock would that help with the RP. I am not sure if that setting raises RP or really what it does.

It mite help 148 is "fuel delivery error" but it seems it has do something with the injectors since the code did not come up until you put in the injectors.



Bigger injectors should keep rail pressure lower not higher I would think. Have you ever run the smarty on 3 or higher before you put in the injectors in?

I would test it out to see. I would also check to see if everything was latched down correctly after the injector install. My "hunch" is also centered with the injectors. I don't think the injectors themselves are the problem, but, a seal or o-ring could be you problem. I will find out those two codes today and get back this afternoon.
