Help!!! Egt's Up/mileage Down

Lately, my EGT's are running 250-300 higher than normal, w/boost up 5-6lbs, with mileage down 3-4mpg on last 2. 5 tanks (hc). I'm about 5,000 from normal fuel filter change, w/350 miles on this oil change. Still running on #4 on my 6gun, just like always... Please Help!!! Scott
