2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Help finding interior parts!

Guys,

I need some help locating a PN# and/or the actual replacement part for the dash in my 97. I need the sub-frame assembly. Not sure what else to call it, its the large plastic piece that basically everything on and in the dash mounts to. I "think" it is item 4 on the drawing. Mine is shot. Breaks when you look at it, age and I assume heat have done it in. I have glued, screwed, patched and so on, until there's just very little left to work with.

I'm currently having the entire AC system replaced and now is a good time to replace this dead dash part!

ANY help would be appreciated!! if you have a better diagram with actual part numbers that would help A LOT.

Seems I read in post that LM trucking has the whloe dash. I know they have the top. But member posted he replaced the wole dash and got it from LM.

The piece is called the "Instrument Panel" and it's PN 5FS071PBAB.. and it's also discontinued and doesn't exist in the United Sates, OEM new. Mine is complete junk, brittle to the point of crumbling. I guess I will look for another, better 20 year old used piece that comes from a northern climate. I assume the heat down here did this one it.
