Help For Good Price 2006 Mega Cab

I found a 2006 Mega Cab Laramie,4WD,auto trans, dually at North Carolina dealership. The dealer was asking $41,500. 00. It is loaded with following option, leather seats, heated, auto pedal adjust, power rear window, dual power seats (driver and passenger). Is this a good price for the truck? Any suggestion will be appreciated, Thanks.

the one i looked at slt 4x4 ctd sticker was 46,000 so it's a prety good deal. check dodge .com it might be cheaper to order it that way

I paid 38,100 for my MC about a month ago, but mine was a manual, so you can add a 1K bucks to mine. Got it from TomeyGun (Lou Fusz Dodge). Might check with them first. Scotty

Thanks guys for all the replies. I located the truck in Elkin, North Carolina went over there and test drove the truck last Saturday. The only things it needs is a sprayed on bed liner and a side step. . I actually found the dealership in EBAY.
