2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission HELP!!front brakes locked up!!

I have a 98 ram250 4x4 work truck. Today it was parked on a steep driveway all day with the front headed downhill. After leaving work and heading home I discovered that both front disks weren't realeasing completely. Could spending the day at a steep angle have affected the master cylinder. I had the stealer replace the pads 2500 miles ago. If it was the lines gone bad I don't think both waould go at the same time. Any help or opinions would be appreciated!!!Thanks in advance!!

you don't say where you are. Are you sure they didn't freeze due to cold weather or rust from road salt?
