2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission help , gear shifter knob

my sons birthday is in 3 weeks and im in need of information on the advertizement for the gear shifter knob that looks like a revolver cylinder to hold the shells and is then screwed onto the gear lever , i think it was advertized in the tdr mag recently. any help would really be appr. thanks
