HELP Horn goes on b y itself

My horn and lights go on by themselves. . Flasing and honk honk honk, just like alarm system. Except I don't have an alarm system. Only elect. door locks. Pulled relay to stop it. Key locks don't stop it.



Anyone else have thios problem? Any fixes, Etc. . Truck made in Mexico in Nov. 2001.

Thanks for all the response... I think it was probubly the panic button. When it happened I hity the unlock button, like a chevy, and not the panic button again. Yeah, I feel stupid. (I wonder if it could have been the 300+ amp on the CB) LOL

Do you have the keyless entry with the push button key fob?

If so it sounds like you accidently hit the panic button, press it again and it will reset.

I've sat on my keys before and activated it, scares the *^#$* out of you for a second.

I think that there is a TSB out for the Central Timing Module. Apparently a strong 300-MHz signal can cause the truck to come alive! Do a search on "there's a ghost in my truck. "

the Central Timing Module went on my buddys dekota, did the same thing.
