Help, How doessome one post pictures here ??

I can't believe this. I'm in charge of over 100K worth of computers and I can't get a simple picture to post on here! I hang my head in shame... ... ... Any help would really be appreciated. .
I'm trying to post some pictures that are on my C: drive in a pics file.

Simple follow this format:

with no spaces ... . [ i m g ] h t t p : / / w w w . Y o u r p h o t o s . c o m [ / u r l ]
Replace "Your pictures' with A COMPANY LIKE this one

Thanks. I joined the photo site and am waiting for my passwd. Thanks again.
Hopefully tomorrow I can post my pictures
of the single traction bar I made and installed.
