Click the 'error' in the print queue - what is the error?
Does your system have multiple printers configured?
Is the Deskjet 722c configured as the 'default' printer?
If you go to the "Page Setup... " option in the 'File' menu of your tax application and click - "Printer" - does it list the Deskjet 722c? If not - select the proper printer from the dropdown menu (if it is there... ) and hit "OK".
What kind of software are you using to do your taxes?
TurboTax printed out the wife's stuff last night without any issues on the USB attached cheap Laserjet I have.
